Water tank/pond in greenhouse??

  1. Hey guys I'm in the design phase and site prep this year for a 30' geodesic dome greenhouse I hope to build next year.

My plan is to scrog my cannabis in 100 gallon smart pots in the greenhouse. But I would also like to eventually build an aquaponics system for vegetables.

Basically some kind of pond or tank system in the back part of the Dome where it doesn't get much light which would have tilapia or some kind of farm fish in it.

But my question is would it be a bad idea to have any kind of water source like that creating extra humidity in a greenhouse where I'm growing and will flower cannabis?

I'm in Southern Illinois so in the summer time pretty much from May- October expect 90-100% humidity anyway.

    Just wondering on opinion.

Would it be a bad idea cuz I'm already dealing with humidity?
    or
would it not matter because I've already dealing with humidity?

Picture not mine, just an example

  2. Humidity is one of your worst enemies during flower. They might enjoy it while vegging, but bud and humidity = mold.
