So this is confusing that I'm in an indoor grow. It seems that every day I go into my room, there is water on leaves. It's only on the top most and it's just a couple fingers of the leaves, but still so very random to have water appearing every night, especially after I wipe it off the night before. Any ideas?
What does your humidity look like? It's pretty common outdoors, but being indoors, maybe your humidity levels are too high...leaving water on random leaves.....
It depends, my humidifier has basically one setting so I try to open my door occasionally to lower it, but when the humidifier is full with me being away, it can get up to 70-75% but I try to keep it around 55 or so
It's common, especially where leaves have been touching. Leaves lose water through transpiration, that's what draws sap up from the roots, and sometimes it condenses on the leaves like that when it is covered by another leaf. A fan moving air through the canopy will help. If the canopy is dense you could also remove a couple of select leaves in order to reduce the problem. It might be that you only see it at a certain time of the light cycle, and you happen to check your grow at that time. Maybe the lights come on and the air heats up, when it hits cool leaves and it condenses. If it's happening a lot then there's an increased risk of mould developing on buds, and thats where having good airflow really comes important. But otherwise it is very common. If it is only one or two leaves it's not a big deal, but if it is on a lot of leaves you need to make more effort to do something about it.
It's only on a couple of leaves, and with where they are located, they do appear to touch other leaves for a long period of time, I'll adjust my fan to blow more on the plant
