It's all about preference man, but by the looks of it, I'd set the water level at about halfway between the first and second honeycomb, that way when you pull, the first honeycomb is already firing and will have enough water to get the other one started. yeah i figured that was what it was mostly. I've noticed the honeycomb percs are pretty damn quick, my other bong has a way bigger drag to it
