Ya tap water can be okay, if it's hard it'll contain calcium, some magnesium too We call him Chief Kief now
My "tap water" comes from a well and comes out of the faucet at about 750 ppm. Just completely no usable. I was able to pick up an RO system (100 gallons per day max) for about $200. Using the exact same well water, my PPMs are now about 25. I know that destroys your budget, but if you need clean water like I do, it's worth every penny. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
