Water cooled, Driverless COB closet grow

  1. and i 100% agree abt the power supplies. i would spread out as many as i could with singular individual workloads (one driver per item, fan, cob1, cob2, cob3, water pump, etc. that way if one failed it wouldnt drop the whole system... and if u backup the waterpump power supply your golden, cuz thats the one you can never have fail... or else u know.

  2. Right on man. Let me see what you come up with. If you have any questions just ask. I tried a few things that didn't work. Thought I could use those peltier panels for cooling, didn't work and took too much power. Tried a different cooler, transmission fluid cooler, didn't work. Lol

  3. trial and error, thats what i like to see :) its gunna be a sec, but i'll get the parts slowly. wish i knew someone in the usa who had some spare crap to sell/give away for research purposes lol. right now im using a lil Bloomspect LED light, and its actually pretty damn decent! doesnt really look purple at all, most of the light is white ^_^ i had originally bought it to see if i could do a COB conversion on it, and i decided i wanted to see what it can do first, so gotta finish a run first

  7. Chopped my blue widow last night. Next plant in will be another blue widow. I'll be doing much more training this time. Always scrogged the blue widow before and kinda wanted to see it's normal structure. Now that's out of my system, let's see if I can ramp up production. Not going to use a screen, but going to try for the scrog structure. Will post dry weight when it comes in. Quite a bit of wasted space, but the buds look nice.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

  8. Tried something a little different with my pics. Let me know what you think. I used a cheapo clip on magnifier from the dollar store. Took a few pics and zoomed to the clearest part. Then I took a screen shot and zoomed again and again. Not perfect, but way better than I would have thought.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

  14. Quick update. The blackwater bagseed is chugging right along. Pulled about half a dozen male flowers early in flower, after that one flush all seems well. Have been scouring her daily and everything seems female. The blue widow is starting to show some pistils, not much stretch yet tho.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

  18. Thanks. I've been playing more than trying to produce lately. Wanted to grow my blue widow upright as it was always grown in scrog when I had it. Kinda turned into wanting to see how each of my plants responded to topping and bending without going back to scrog.

  19. Best way to learn genetics and or a pheno (s) by doing trying playing & experiments. And or combinations of the above even environments
Same cuts grown by different people often come out bit different to way different
