ok i made a water bottle bong and i put aluminum foil on the top where i light it up. my question is does the foil fuck ur head up... i hear it gives u Alzheimer's or some shit.. i smoked out of it already and it tasted kinda weird.
i think an apple is the best to use if in a pinch and you dont have a piece or somethin to roll up but yea ive herd tons of different theories, just know its not good and only use it if you have to. few times here n there, should be alright, just dont go makin that your normal smokin tool
