Hey blades. I don't ever make threads like this, but I figure it would be a good way to motivate my lazy ass. Just got back from school for the semester, and I'm going to start biking and eating better to get in shape by summer solstice on June 21. I'm gonna record everything I eat, my daily exercise habits and some photos each day to track my progress. If anyone else wants to post their progress along with me, feel free!
you should do weekly photos instead of daily. you will see more progress that way and it will be more motivating
