  1. Cool that's the way it goes brother, one state does the rest will soon follow like a bunch of dominoes.

  2. Im super stoked about it, last i heard we were pretty much on target for signatures. People seem to be pretty stoked about it, ive gotten a few peolpe to register to vote so they could sign it and vote for it. I hope Oregon can pass theirs too, a legal west coast would kick ass!!!:smoking::smoking::bongin::bongin:

  3. Yeah, Cali... then soon Washington and Oregon, next.

  4. Does anyone know how many signatures we have, and how many we need to pass the vote?

I could be mistaken but that post was made on january the 13th the ballot has already gone through and both bills were shot down 5/2 5/3 in a vote for legalization and decrim laws

    edit: im confused...

  6. We need 247,000 or something close to that. Our goal is 320,000 im not sure what we are up to, but i heard phil say 20% in an interview. If anyone is in WA please volunteer!!!!! We only have till july 2nd!

Yes both bills were shot down by the republicans on the committee. I think there was a third too. We clearly cant count on politicians for this, thats why we are doing the initiative.

  7. You are correct. They are now talking about the Initiative that is collecting signatures in WA. So far they are at about 20% of their goal, which needs to be reached by July.

Both State legislature bills were shot down, but the Initiative goes straight to the people to vote on in Nov.

  8. YEAH! go Washington!

The west coast is rocking the US now.

    Evil :smoke:

  9. once California passes, the rest of the country will follow.:hello:

  10. Yes. :D:D

  11. Actually if Oregon and Washington get on the ballot (very likely for both) and passed it would be at the exact same time as California so the whole west coast would be going at it at the same time. The only difference is that Washington's initiative will make it much more legal for us. 18 and not 21, no grow or possession limit, anyone over 18 can sell, etc.

  12. very true we wont really be "following" calli. Especially since ours is even cooler! except the idea is to use this to force the legislature to make a tax and regulation system since the initiative itself cant have it due to the single issue rule. They may just do that sold in liquor stores thing. I hope they leave it up to the city or county though. I know McGinn would make a kickass system.

  13. its the wild wild west

    yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  14. My goal in life is to go to Hempfest at least once.

My friend went there, and it's so crammed pack. Literally, shoulder to shoulder, you can't even move. I hope one day they'll expand to a new place.

Last years Hempfest had over 300,000 visitors, that's incredible. Seattle is a complete stoner city.

  15. it is pretty damn fun i went the last 3 years
