i'm in the process of making a stealth pc for me and my girlfriend to keep at her place. and we're pretty much set. but i wanted something of my own you know? so i had another tower but this thing was tiny. i was looking around and found my old rackmount case made by road runner that i stopped using since everything in the rack blew and i've stopped playing shows. i still have the doors for the front and back here's some pics of it http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q238/robindahlia789/IMG00050.jpg http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q238/robindahlia789/IMG00051.jpg http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q238/robindahlia789/IMG00052.jpg (sorry about quality it was taken with my phone) it's a pretty tall case once on it's sides. i was thinking i can lay something on the bottom to get a good flat foundation since the sides (which would become the bottom are not even. still wouldn't know how i'd power it if i kept the doors closed during flowering any ideas would be sick
Looks cool man, you could do a plant in there with a SCRoG setup. I'd use either LED ($) or CFLs for lighting. As for powering it? Plug it in somewhere. Not that hard You're going to need to have a cable running from it to the elecrical outlet no matter what. A couple PC fans in the rear for ventilation, along with a mini carbon air filter attached, and you'd have yourself a grow box there my friend. I recommend checking out the stealth cabinet grows in the Grow Journal section here as well, lots of ideas there and its virtually the same concept. ~Experimentalist
thanks dude. i'm sure i can get a light set up there easily and fans, but wouldn't i need to have both of the rack doors shut which would make me think of how i'd power it if the doors were shut. this would be my first grow ever so i'm still a newb
