Was a female, now a hermie?

  1. Hello everyone. New to actually posting here on Grasscity but I've been lurking around with no account for years. I've learned a ton here through my growing years and I thank y'all for that. Anyways, I'll put the bong down and get to the point. I have this beautiful 4 foot glass slipper that I just put into flowering about a week and a half ago that was for sure a female. I say this because she was showing signs of pre flower back in the veggie room before I even put her in the 4x4x8 flowering tent. Which btw is under 1000 watts of lighting(600 watt HPS and 4 100 watt CFLs for extra side lighting) and 6am they wake up and 6pm they go to sleep. Today I go down and notice what I think to be balls growing in the small flowers starting to develop and where the nodes are or stems met. I have attached some pics for viewing. Look forward to some feedback and good convo :) *picks bong back up* Smoking on some fire lucky charms ha

  2. Looks like pollen sacs forsure. If you want to be sure I'd give it a couple more days to see if more sacs develop. Generally you can tell when they are about to burst and that one still has some time.
If it's definitely a hermie, just count it as a loss and toss it. It won't be good at all if it's already showing pollen sacs before pistils.
If it's actually just a male plant, then get some pollen and make some seeds if you want.

    Yup, it's a hermie.
Oh and don't try and get seeds from it. They won't be good.
    Trash the plant.
