Soooo the guy at my head shop said that they contacted the RAW papers company and they ran out of the sets of RAW papers that come with papers and filters... Also, they might not make them anymore because they're loosing a bunch of money... Given that papers are supposed sell for 2.50 and the filters for 2.50.. and they sell the set for 3.50.. or something along those lines.. but yeah all the head shops around my area are out and one has one box left soooo if you find em and swear by these get them now cause they don't know when they will have them again...
My LHS never had the connoissuer packs, but they sell tips for $1 a pack, 1 1/4 for $2 and kings for $3, so it's pretty much the same price as the connoissuers.
