theres a reason. Once my question is on here for a certain period of time, I CANT delete it. I try to get as many good answers as I can and screenshot the page. Often it gets bumped off the 1st page and I get no more answers so I have to delete it and ask it again. but only if theres a ridiculous about of answers with page after page would I keep it. I dont want anything permanent so I delete it when I have the chance.
What are you even talking about? You don't need to keep deleting a thread and reposting it. People can find it via search or... Oh I don't know.. clicking "page #2"?
What Spaced said, another option is to post in your thread again, thusely bringing it back to the top. You can delete a thread up to 7 days. Best advice - knock it off.
Or you can bump the thread once if you want more people to see your post. This is generally accepted. But deleting your post to repost the same thing is not generally accepted, and considered as making "pointless threads".

It sounds like you don't want anything kept here on GC unless it's widely acknowledged by a lot of people here, but you're trying not to say it. It doesn't work that way. Good luck.
