Both are great Wake n bake leaves you good for several hours thanks to the afterglow, let's you really enjoy your day night seshes are shorter because I sleep when the afterglow begins. But playing a nice game or watching a movie at night stoned is very nice I prefer wake n bake, but I have shit to do during the day and need to be sober. So night seshes are my only option.
