    State Decriminalization -> National Decriminalization -> State Legalization -> National Legalization

    Let's keep this going, there are plenty more washington tokers on here that I know of.

  18. It's a $100 fine for that much or less. Prison time is still applicable for more.

    Or at least that's what they did with the Massachusetts bill
