Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by wombat#, Mar 3, 2019.

  1. Hi all, I found this egg/ cocoon underside on an outdoor plant leaf and am wondering if the resulting bug is predator or problem or alien lol ?
    anybody got any clues?

  4. Yes watch it hatch, then you'll know for next time...

  5. hi Digga1, are you safe from the fires ?
yes ,the bug is in a take away container to see if it becomes something, iv'e been watching spider mite eggs for a week now to see if they are alive after spraying, it looks like some are..
so i did another 50% isopropyl alcohol spray outside today , and will follow up with h2o2 depending on what i find tomorrow.

  6. Yeah all good, glad summer is over bud.
Bloody little bugger's, i seen some bugs on a lower leaf today under the scope.
But I've got more of a problem than bug's i think atm.

Have a look a this and let me know what the problem is?

I've got a thread on the sick plants side? But no one will bloody answer after 60+ views. I dont know?

I thought it was sunscold at first with this leaf, 20190304_151752.jpg

but then i noticed those bud sites on a few branch's.

  7. The leaf does look like sunburn but the bud would be burned from the tip not the centre if that was sunburn
my first fear was bud rot but that usually starts on one side, pull on the yellowing leaf ,if it comes out easily not a good sign . Check at the base of the leaf on the stem for that soft mushiness that is fungus attack and the grey mould , hope it's not that though.
I can't remember seeing something like that in my travels on the net yet , finding good pics of diseases , bugs and deficiencies is a bit too rare.
i am just watching on utube e-GROW Webinars - Plant Nutrition Sherlock Holmes Style - it's pretty good the way he analyses symptoms.

  8. Not bud rot, Vostok said nute burn?
Maybe to much PK Booster i put in, it's only happened since then?

Gonna crash been a long day mate:)

  9. What ever it is i dont know, I've been on the web all day trying to make a comparison but it's hopeless. Looked at all the deficiencys and none matched up?

So watered in some Epsom Salt & also a dose of trace element's. It only has to grow 6 weeks longer. I'll skip the bloomer for a few feeds and see if it settles down.
