Say you're a democrat, how would you vote if the republicans wanted to legalize weed? Same with other parties - how would you vote if the opposing party said they would legalize weed? I'd vote for any mofo who promised to legalyze weed - what about you guys?
That sure as hell wouldn't be the only policy I'd look at. It's probably just a distractive promise to cover up the fact that he wants to brainwash young children into sucking his dick for lollipops..
I'm actually not so bothered by smoking weed secretly. I'd be much more bothered if we could smoke weed freely and the president had some evil plans or some shit. I'm just saying it's ridiculously ignorant to base a vote on their view of marijuana laws.
Well, first of all I just want to say that I really hope that isnt how you feel. If weed legalization is the single most imporant government policy issue for you when it comes to choosing a leader, then you really need to look at your priorities. I think i could be swayed between two very similar candidates if one of them were staunchy against mj legalization, and one was much more for it. I would never consider voting for a candidate I didnt agree with though, just because of their pro-cannabis ideas. Luckily these days there are some medical mj (and even pro legalization) supporters on both sides of the aisle these days. And this only proves that someone who supports weed policy reform doesnt need to vote outside of their beliefs just to find someone who agrees with them on MJ issues. If you look hard enough you can find people of every race, religion, age, gender and political party affiliation that agree on the issue of MJ reform.
