    This website has a petition for legalization of medical cannabis in North Carolina that has almost reached it's number of signatures. Just 1500 more! Not sure how much use this will be once sent to the Senate, but it's worth a shot!

    The Medical Cannabis Act Legislative Day"!
    We are about to introduced A new Bill in NC . We have chosen February 12, 2013 for the date to lobby for the bill. We are securing the Legislative Auditorium for most of the day. Our job is to fill the auditorium to capacity with nccpn t-shirt wearing "voters". It will be billed as "the Medical Cannabis Act Legislative Day"!
