I see my ballast has a switch between 115 volts and 240 volts. Sorry for my ignorance, but whats up with that? Ive just kept it at 115.
Can be plugged into a 115 or 220 volt cct. Leave it at 115 unless you have a 220 outlet.220 outlets usually require a different type of plug, in North America at least.
