  1. can u get a medical marijuana card from california if you are not a legal resident. I am here in San Diego for two months and don't have any medical records with me, I am from alabama so would I be eligible to get one?
     
  2. I'm not in Cali, but I would expect it is similar to Colorado, you have to be a resident to get your card.

  4. After a little research, I found this in the Cali NORML page:

    "Out-of-state recommendations are not recognized in CA, though they are in MT, RI and MI. While Prop. 215 arguably applies to anyone with a recommendation from a California physician, most physicians refuse to recommend to out-of-staters."
