Needs one more vote in the senate, then heads to governors desk. The law will allow doctors to recommend cannabis oils for any condition. You'll be given a piece of paper to present to court if arrested. Dispensaries will be selling the product. I think there will be 5 in the state. Kind of a bullshit law in my opinion but better than nothing and at least they can recommend it for anything.

Only if you push for more expansion. I doubt they'll allow dried flower or maybe it will be like Ohio where they'll eventually allow it but only for vaping or baking into edibles. The farthest I think they will go will be like New York, Florida or Minnesota that allow vape pen cartridges and tinctures. Contact your local politicians and say you want full recreational. Try and meet up with them in person and explain to them that our laws are outdated and bullshit.
