  1. Im doing a project for school and need help editing little bits out of the Union, I was planning on using windows movie maker but it doesnt accept mp4s. IS there anyway I can convert the 315 mb file into another file type using a free website, or is there another free movie editing software I should use? Thanks for the help!

  2. How long do you have? I can download it, convert it, then post it to a download website in AVI or WMV or another video format compatible with WMM

  3. I have until tuesday night, if you could do it by then that would be amazing. I wont mind whatever the file type you convert it into as long as it works for windows movie maker. Thanks for the help!

  4. Use AutoGK if you need help with it google movie conversion with it.

  5. I can crop the clips you want out of it for you. Just PM me later tonight, I'll be up until 11:30 EST time.

  6. Just get VirtualDub and find an faq online. It's one of the best and most user friendly opensource video editing software out currently.

  7. Im not very computer savvy, and whenever I attempt to download one of those programs I just wind up with a file filled with a bunch of things I have no idea how to use.

For anyone willing to help, Im trying to get around a 30 sec clip of Greg Cooper, the multiple sclerosis patient, before and after medication, showing how effective marijuana is for him.

  8. Free Video Converter (v2.7) from koyotesoft will do the trick. Very easy to use, and also allows you to select what part of a larger video-file you want to convert. Saves a ton of time, if all you are after is a few seconds from a lengthy video-file.

  9. Thanks, Mesh did it for me already but I can tell that will be useful in the future, bookmarking it!
