No, unless you request a urinalysis. You should be 18 or older so you shouldn't have to worry about your parents requesting one
They'll probably take a sample of your piss.. however, they won't say anything about THC, I doubt they even look for traces of THC.
Usually not unless you request it. I was a little nervous too, not because I was afraid of parents finding out, but I don't like the idea of it being written down in a file somewhere - medical or not - that I smoke. I went in and had the physical and no urine test.
