Very slight nute burn

  1. I'm showing signs of slight nute burn on the very very tips of most of my leaves. How does one remedy slight nute burn with a plant that's in the ground? I did this with 10-10-10 granules. It doesn't appear to be bad, but pretty much every leaf is showing yellowing or brown and crispy at the very tip with slight curling. I don't have any pics, but the burn is very very small and at the very tip of the leaves. It's hardly noticeable, so I'm hoping it doesn't get worse. Would you recommend flushing and if so how do you flush a plant that's in the ground? It may not spread further, but I figure I should know this anyway for future reference if nothing else. I've tried researching, but everything I can find comes up for indoor or potted grows. Thanks much.
