  1. So I have recently started a tolerance break. Not sure how long yet though. Anyway I was just wondering if y'all have any ideas of what I should do to lower my tolerance even more on this t break

    Drink tons of water and excercise all you want, it isnt going to make that much of a difference versus just not smoking. You will just urinate and sleep more.
