So I have a couple of questions about ScrOG to ask all you more experienced growers out there. Despite what I've read, I'm starting from seed because I wanted to move up to a better strain and seed banks were the only option. Just received my Raspberry Cough Anywayz, I built my screen with 2 inch chicken wire and I'm investing in hydroponics this time around. Here's where I get a little confused though. Is the idea to train the main branches to grow horizontally along the screen while the side branches grow upward through the screen? Or is it to top the main branches after they grow through the screen, then top the side branches when they grow through the screen as well? Or do you possibly train all of the branches to grow horizontally under the screen and only let the buds grow upward through the screen? These probly seem like dumb questions but I'm so inexperienced lol
It's my understanding that the plants make a canopy under the screen and start to grow through it, and then flip to 12/12 and get a ton of colas.
