this is great news. one state at a time baby. its going to be difficult to make an argument for prohibition when we're creeping up on 40% of states having MMJ programs.
Do they still allow persons to cultivate it for themselves? State-run dispensaries are another step toward pushing mmj headlong to the pharma companies, in my opinion.
