ventilation and size requirements

  1. Hi ,

I'm about to grow some plants from seeds in a false back that I've made in my wardrobe.

The grow space is 20cm deep x 65cm wide x 110cm high. I've bought a couple of 125w CFL growlights, one for vegetation stage and one for flowering stage. I'm going to grow in rockwool cubes standing in trays of nutirent ( unless there's any reason not to ).

    My questions are 2 :

How many plants do you reckon I could grow in there at one time ?

Do you think I will need to use a ventilation system ?

I have a little concern with heigene because our dog sleeps in our room, close to the wardrobe and sheds a lot of hair. For this reason I was thinking that if I am going to use an extraction system maybe I should add some kind of filter too.

Any help very much appreciated. :)

    Marcus

1, 2 if those are real watts and not equivalents

    yes

  3. Thanks. They are real watts. So could I use a little fan like, for example, a CPU fan extracting air from the bottom of the wardrobe and a little air inlet somwhere near the top, filtered with something ?
