Vegging with hps?

    Can you veg with a hps user a 18/6 light schedule or willie mess with the plant

    Some people say it's the best way to go, red light promotes root growth

    Yes, you can.

    Maybe add some Daylight CFLs also.

    I have sexed under both lights. When I sexed under MH, I found it easier to return the plant to veg. When I used HPS, I'm still waiting for the plant to veg againa and it's been 3 weeks.
