Vegetarian/Vegan Diet (questions)

  1. Does anyone have a vegetarian/vegan diet that they use the works/is healthy? If so can you please share it with me, searching online I can't find anything that is the same, a lot are all different, and required expensive ass shit ordered online, if anyone knows a cheap vegan/vegetarian diet, and want to share it, it would be appreciated.

  2. You don't need to buy anything but fruits and vegetables =]]
    Just replace the meat in your meals with a potato, or a sandwich (without meat of course), a salad, or something else you may like.
    You will feel a lot better!

    avoid eating too much bread,
    it decreases the b vitamins in your system. (google it)


    also, wheat in general is pretty hard for your body to digest.

    hemp protein is great if you feel you aren't getting enough.



    I've been vegetarian for 2 years now,
    one day I would like to be a sort of raw foodist. Most likely not completely though.
