Does anyone have a vegetarian/vegan diet that they use the works/is healthy? If so can you please share it with me, searching online I can't find anything that is the same, a lot are all different, and required expensive ass shit ordered online, if anyone knows a cheap vegan/vegetarian diet, and want to share it, it would be appreciated. You don't need to buy anything but fruits and vegetables =]] Just replace the meat in your meals with a potato, or a sandwich (without meat of course), a salad, or something else you may like. You will feel a lot better! I hope this helps.
avoid eating too much bread, it decreases the b vitamins in your system. (google it) also, wheat in general is pretty hard for your body to digest. here's a site with a lot of great info: Vegan Fitness :: Index hemp protein is great if you feel you aren't getting enough. I've been vegetarian for 2 years now, one day I would like to be a sort of raw foodist. Most likely not completely though.
