Are vaporizers considerd paraphernalia? and for that matter if they are do i still get a ticket or whatnot for having paraphernalia? and furthermore if i buy ohhh say a vaporizer from grass city with my tax refund would i have cops kicking in my door? :/
woudlnt leave my house i'm just wanderin if like o say i use mums credit card (in a local college before anyone gets started about kids again =p) will she possibly get frowned upon somehow? :/ do they check to see where these things are going?
