Vaporizers And Throats

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by KidKHRONIC, May 24, 2014.

  1. I've had a bad throat and cough for a while, a lot of phlegm and dry coughing. I had a sore throat and I smoked once after that and ended up with an even worse cough. Its sort of better now, so would it be safe to start vaping again?
vaporizers shouldnt affect my throat too much.. what do you guys think?

  2. If you believe (I doubt it is) that it is affecting your health you should defintely find a better way, edibles :) or chill for a while maybe see a doctor!

  3. obviously vapor will be less harsh than smoke, but you are still inhaling hot vapor into your lungs.

get used to hitting a bong for a while and your lungs will become less sensitive, letting you inhale any heat for longer.

after smoking 2 years, my throat and lungs dont even feel harshness of smoke anymore.

  4. A bag vape makes it a bit easier since the vapor cools down and has less drag as well, making it more like regular breathing. it also has more air in the vapor too so it isn't as dry either.

Think about it, sleeping with a dry heater on can make your throat hurt. Sucking in pure dry heated air will too.

  5. depends if u vaping weed, or wax. if wax...DONT. weed maybe, but i would recommend not to. I would really recommend giving it another few days. because if u dont, it will just come back.
