Vaporizer Comparison Help

Discussion in 'Vaporizers' started by Ziellos, Dec 24, 2011.

  1. I havea $30-$100 limit, preferably around $50. I do not want a portable one that uses batteries nor do I want a pipe one, so no genie, launchbox, or anything like that please.

I understand most of the ones on Amazon are made with cheap materials, however, I've used them before and they're as good as any other vaporizer, most of them include warranties too.

So I'd appreciate if someone could help me choose out of 5 of these vaporizers or any other one within my price range, I wanted to get one before Christmas but all my local headshops only have ones over $100 or ones that are like $50 on amazon but they re-sell for double the price..

Back on topic, here are the links:

I really can't decide between those and again, I know most of them aren't amazing but they'll last me long enough to save up in a few months and get one for $300-500 range.

I think some of them are better than the others, due the glass parts instead of plastic and one of them including a decent metal grinder too. I've been smoking for a long time and I really just want to start trying out vapes and this is my target price range, super tired of 1 hitters, bongs, and bowls. I also got some oil, can I smoke oil in this?

If I can I'd rather smoke oil in this than buy all the glass pieces for my bong, that's like $200 just so I can smoke oil with my bong.

    Update:

I've narrowed it down to these 3

[ame=http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Herbal-Vaporizer-Black-Vapor/dp/B004YHFOMY/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1324752626&sr=8-7]Amazon.com: Easy Use Vape Digital Herbal Vaporizer Black Vapor VP50: Kitchen & Dining[/ame]

This one comes with everything I need, mite get an extra whip, has good feedback too.

This one is decent, I know it works well and I've even tested it myself, the temps are actually quite accurate with it.

This is an easy vape one with good reviews, comes with some glass pieces too.

So it's between one of those three, or some other random one if someone has an idea.

I believe with most of these you slowly increase from like 220/280-330/350 range and don't pull too hard, let it fill some. Decent vapes for under $100 from what I've read. They should also be fine after letting it run max temp when you first get for a little bit.

I'm unsure if you should let it start at like 250 and warm up for 10 minutes, load the weed and knock up to 320? smoke some then turn off? Just asking for some directions prior to buying. I've read I can just use it at around 300-350 then re use around 375 then re use again around 400 and it'll be done?

  3. Well, the cheaper materials are often toxic as well and not good to be inhaling and these units do not work as well as higher end units in that higher end units use quality safe parts like ceramic and keep a consistent heat so it won't burn the bud in the vape...To answer your question though, it really doesn;t matter which one you choose out of those three they are equally crappy vapes.

Don't mean to be harsh, but its the truth.

  4. So many people hate on these.. The toxic 'smell' is only the residue left over when you first receive them, you simply let it run on max for like 20 minutes and it'll be good to go, tested before.

I mean, the best two regarding reviews are these-

An easy-vape OR a Vapor King

  5. Spend a little extra, you will be very sorry otherwise.

The Arizer Solo is the way to go, its the best all round vape and the only one that is both viable for home & portable uses.

$135 I do believe and you wont regret spending that little bit extra I promise you.

  6. I'm not really sure what you're talking about, the cheapest arizer solo I can find is like $160 on ebay.. It's around $220 new.

The highest I can go is ~100 =\ I just want one that'll last me a few months and is decent, honestly these two seem to be the best options -

sorta between those two.. The easy vape comes with a 5 yr warranty, so honestly that seems quite nice, but I like that topoo comes with a few extras I'd need along with a metal grinder too.

  7. Can't really go wrong with a easy vape especially with that price tag, I got mine here. Have fun.

  8. Since you only want something to hold you over until you get a more expensive model a short time in the future, just get the cheapest model that you are familiar with. You even listed it:

You've used it; you know it works; you even like it!

This is the one you should get, until you upgrade in several weeks. :smoke:

  9. True, I'm just stuck between the easy vape and topoo. Ordering either one off amazon won't arrive for another week =(.. I think I'll check out my local stores again monday and if not just order one of those two then. (If I order now it won't arrive until thursday with $20 one day shipping -.-)
