Vaping issue

  1. I am a very "lightweight"! I haven't smoked pot for years but thought I might try Indica to see if it would help me sleep. Because I'm concerned about damaging my longs and compromising my gym workout I decided to try vaping. I am using a "Palm" that produces a very smooth hit, unlike with "pens", so I thought I'd found the perfect delivery system.

Indica did not resolve my insomnia but I liked the high. No sleep but lying in bed, waiting for sleep, was less frustrating.

So I just went with getting high, but on a very tight schedule, doing 2 hits with several hours in between and no hits 18 hours before working out.

It is during those 18-hours that I found myself "getting sick". Very runny nose, heavy sneezing, and GI disturbances; as in hyperactive bowel sounds. Sneezing and runny nose is not listed as a withdrawal symptom but vaping seems to clear them up so it's hard not to make a connection.

This leads me to believe that these are withdrawal symptoms. But that makes little sense, considering how little I Vap.

Is there some chemical used to create oils that might produce these unusual Sx, because Cannabis, on its own doesn't appear to cause the runny nose and sneezing.
