Vanilla extract tincture?

    Could I decarb my weed and then mix it heated butter or some sort of oil( small amount for abortion) and mix it in? I think u can cause I heard of people using vodka but I wanted t make sure. And would decarbing help I'm assuming? And how long to let it sit? Or can I heat it safely and drink it fast?
