Summit is paying you late because they are spending your money on their own garden in order to phase you and I out of the picture!!! Their garden is being run by an out of state consulting company from California, not by RI residents! I have proof of all claims being made here either in the form of text from past and present employees and emails from past and present employees.

Don't take their crap, I'm not! Be part of a lawsuit and get what is owed to you instead of late payments and excuses. You as a vendor can charge a late fee for every billing period and collect up to 18% interest on past due and late bills, if they refuse to pay report them as a delinquent account to the credit bureaus! This is a copy of the letter which was sent to summit compassion centers general manager and head of security (double dipping in company funds much?), "Nappy" Brito:

Mr. Birto:
I am writing you this morning to notify you all that we are extremely upset with the late payments and non payments. It is causing us topay late fees on our bills. We have notified you of the late fees and interest owed in pervious emails. You have left us no choice but to take action. We have contacted the attorney general, the registered agent for Summit, deptartment of business regulations, department ofhealth, the governors office, fellow Summit vendors, as well as various state reps and senators, along with a local news station who will be conducting an interview with xxxxx today on the subject. Every employee we have dealt with has told us our medicine sells out within a matter of days yet it past our agreed upon terms to receive payment. We have exhausted all options contacting Summit weekly for payments and you have flatly refused to pay our late fees and pay uson time so we have contacted an attorney and we will be moving forward with a law suit against you and Summit Compassion Center for damages done to our income and late fees, interest, penalties and legal fees.These late fees and interest will continue to roll over and incur until this is settled in or out of court. This is up to you.
Today with the news we intend on showing them and everyone else watching that the compassion centers have lack of oversight and treattheir vendors with disrespect and without regard for their livelyhood. He will be providing them with all correspondence between all of us regarding this matter and the fact that the money owed to vendors is being spent elsewhere; we have texts from past and present employees that confirms this is the situation.We understand we are not the only vendors not being paid, which makes this situation even worse. We hope in the future you will respect your vendors and their well
being.

PO# 998 $ 2473.99 dated 12/15 due 1/15--46 days past due
PO 1081 $4424.53 dated 01/07 due 2/07--21 days past due
PO 1107 $3100.22 dated 01/14 due 2/14--14 days past due

1038 3383.14 dated 12/23/15 paid 1/27/16 (Late Fee and Interest Owed)

I just found this thread while I was searching for VIH lineage, as I recently purchased Vancouver Island Haze.... from Summit.

Was the dispute with Summit ever settled?

I ask because I see them selling the strains you had mentioned earlier.
