Woohoo!! Cant remember the exact info, but once again, vancouver has been rated the number one most liveable city in the WORLD in terms of quality of life (education, safety, recreation, transportation, infrastructure, etc...) we got it 2000, 2001, 2002 aswell. with some ties for 1st in Sweden. This year we tied with Melbourne,Australia. so everyone come to Van! its greaaaaat!
HAHAHA, man and us stoners have been trying to tell people for years! If a hugh pot city being rated number one in living conditions, then I doubt there is much crime there, which is what gives weed some of its bad name. Weed makes life good!
