im trying for honeycomb. it seems my product turns to shatter though as opposed to a wax. anyone know whats up?
during first or second purge? (while in vac)? can i stick the stuff i made that looks like shatter back into vac in a higher temp water bath at the same time and still get waxier if thats what you meant?
While your evapping the tane. Sorry, should have clarified. I have an electric tea pot. I heat my water in it. Brings it to a boil. Then while vac purging I set my chamber on a seedling heat mat. Lower temps for shatter, warmer temps for taffy, higher temps for budder. Or so this is how I understand it.
