UV light reflectors ??

  1. Hey everyone,

I have a 26w CFL UV Reptile light I'm going to use and would like to know the best reflector material. From what I have seen it looks like polished aluminum is about the best at 75% reflective for UV. I have seen some other information that tyvek also reflects UV but they are pretty scientific and I can't make heads or tails out of the information.

So anyone know how Tyvek stacks up on the UV reflectivity scale?

    Thanks

  2. If you can, check into the Solacure Flower Power Bulb.

It has a Built In Reflector, and can be used with any compatible ballast.

It can also run up to 100w and is highly overbuilt. Is good for 3 x 2 month flowering cycles at 6 hours a day.

This bulb is 30-50 times stronger than the strongest reptile bulb.

The Arcadia Desert Reptile bulb is the strongest reptile bulb made, and is 54 watts.

The 32w Solacure is plant specific, and is 30+ times more powerful vs the Arcadia, and uses less watts.

Its best to have 2 bulbs per 4 x 4 area.
