I just had a total stoner moment (and I'm not even high). I was thinking what it would be like if marijuana was legal. And I was thinking about where I work (a bakery that sells donuts, pastries, desserts, cakes, etc.) and how fucking cool it would be. Someone would walk in and be like, "Hey man, how's it going" with this huge grin on their face. And I'd start giggling and say, "Good...good, what can I get for you?" And they'd order their donuts or whatever and they'd ask, "Man...how do you not eat all this stuff?" And I'd smile real big and say, "It's hard dude, it's hard." and we'd all laugh. And what if you rear-ended someone on the street? You'd get out of your car and be like, "Shit man, are you alright?" and they'd be like "Yeah, don't worry about it." And you'd be like, "I called the police, and my insurance, so everything is good. You wanna smoke a Amsterdam Gold while we wait" and then you would, and the officer would show up grinning and say, "Shit, are you guys ok?" while you're passing him the joint. And you'd shake hands and be on your way. *sigh* Why doesn't the government want us to be happy?
I have thought about this for a while and I came to the conclusion that the Government would have strict laws against it like alcohol. (no blazing in public, no blazing and driving) It wouldn't be that slack. Still, I'd prefer that over the laws out there now.
