Using tap water to raise pH

    Any downside to using 7.8 pH tap water to raise pH in a 2 gallon DWC?

    besides adding to TDS?

    TDS of 10-100 depending. Unless your tap is horrible or your running your nutes redline it should not be an issue.

    it will take a lot to raise ur pH, and it will raise ur ppm more, go buy a base thats used to raise pH that is food grade, or safe for plants and animals
