Using mirrors in your grow room?

  1. Don't use mirrors, flat paint or mylar instead use T5 tube lighting and cover the walls with them

  7. Glass is a heat insulator. Remember to keep room temp in mind. Good luck. Let us know if this works cause I am wondering myself. Thanks for posting.
     
  8. Exactly mirrors make hot spots....

    Shiny surface reflects like 60%..

    Flat white cheap paint....80-90%...

    That special shit that really expensive does like 95%.....

  9. From my research the best reflective material is that shit that looks like the reflective material on grow light hoods. Comes in rolls just like mylar but is pretty expensive. If you cant get that or mylar, flat white paint is the 3rd best option. Mirrors would be better than nothing i suppose but like people said before you can create hot spots and dry up your plant.
