using dank buds to make cannabutter?

    i can only get dank bud and want to make some butter. i heard some people say here that cooking with dank is wasteful because it would be better if smoked.

    is the high different when using dank vs mids?
    should i go ahead and cook with this really good bud?

    be careful i think "beasters" are definitely the best for cooking, "mids" like if there pretty bad will just give you a head ache, i wouldnt say it was a bad thing using because it will insure you will get high
