Using dab tincture for brownies?

Discussion in 'Cannabis Edibles & Recipes' started by JMan112, Jan 9, 2020.

  1. So I just got these edible "dabs" I guess you called them. They have the consistency of very thick wax. They come from a medical shop in my area and have 81% THC. I spent $70 bucks on it so and was curious about infusing them into brownies. But I don't wanna mess it up and waste my money. Any ideas on how I should make them? I provided pictures of the packaging.

  2. That’s fucking dope. Let us know how it turns out. I believe. Check out and read up on decarboxylation. Get to the point u really understand it and make sure to control that temp. This website does a great job explaining it and has scientific data to back up the claims. The nova is sick instead of using the oven. Totally worth the money.

  3. That appears to be a sativa RSO.
    RSO by definition is decarbed, but it wouldn't hurt to double check.
    If it is decarbed then that 1 g RSO has
    THC = 810 mg
    I prefer cookies over brownies, because they bake for a shorter time, reducing thc degradation risk.

    Here's what I'd recommend, using any box cookie mix. It's based on BrassNwood's excellent methods.
    1. Add the herb and about 6 grams lecithin to the oil of any box cookie mix or home recipe. Be sure to keep accurate record of the weights of everything.
    2. Pre-heat RSO/oil/lecithin mixture to 220 F on a stove top, then bake at that temp for 20 min.
    3. Add mixture to recipe, and follow box instructions.
