Using A Birthday Candle As A Lighter?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Carlton, Jun 18, 2013.

  1. Lighter fluid ran out, figured since birthday candles last a while itd be a somewhat good idea. Would it affect the flavor of smoke or anything?

  2. I've used one before, just watch out for dripping hot wax.

  3. So.. It worked right?

  4. Yeah just don't hold it too close, watch out for wax.

  5. I usually do it with long, thin candles I have by my bedside for when I don't have a lighter handy (I HIGHLY recommend this, besides using a car lighter or lighting Q tips on an electric stove!)

Watch out for the wax, I wouldn't it if it dropped.. It shouldn't be a problem if you're lighting a joint/blunt.

    Good luck! :D

  6. this is why I own a hemp wick.

when all you have are matches or similar, hemp wick saves the day.
