I remember exactly a year ago there were issues with shipping, with customs seizing packages or packages that never arrived or simply took a very long time. I would simply like to know if there are still those issues or has everything come back to normal?
good memory ;-) , however it was not seizure, but homeland security measures to send all international mail from Europe via boat instead of airfreight. Resulting in crazy delivery times. It's one of the reason we've started our sale earlier in any case that it would happen again we can be ahead with the bulk of shipments. However at the moment things are 100% normal and all parcels are going with airfreight. That said, shit still can happens, although not likely, but we are at the mercy of international couriers and security regulations. IF something happens it will be posted here on the forums and foremost on the support pages. But again, so far all things normal and looking good. Peace SJ
