Does anyone know if it would be illigal to buy a bowl/bong from grasscity.com, if you live in Pennsylvania, USA? I am looking to make some purchases soon, but i am unsure about my countries/states stance on smoking accessories. Any information will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
well norml.org doesnt say anything about Paraphernalia other than what sentence it will get you. Still curious, is it legal until there is resin in it?
yep, I'm pretty sure that glass pipes, etc. are supposed to be sold for tobacco use so they are 100% legal until they get rezzed out.
