I've recently bought a cheap EC meter from eBay but when I put it in tap water,it reads between 680 and 730,after I've added my nutes etc it reads 333,but with runoff it's reading 960!!any idea what's going on anyone??Oh,by the way it reads in us/cm,have looked on Amazon but you need a PHD TO UNDERSTAND IT,help plz
