I've been clean since 10/7/2018 and have been in drug court. I ran into some shrooms and acid and couldn't pass them up (Told myself I was going to wait untilgraduationof Drug Court which is in 3 months). Needless to say I ate the shrooms and acid on Wednesday at 8:30PM. Got called in for a drug test on Monday at 2:30PM. It was a 13 panel drug test and I was negative for all substances listed on the cup. I know LSD or Mushrooms are not specifically tested for on the cup but they sent it off to the lab. I'm curious if they will test it further and if so, is there a chance they can detect the metabolites from the mushrooms and acid after 4 and a half days?
I just graduated from drug court last week... why did they send it to the lab? The only time they did that is if they were suspicious of something or if the test came back positive for something and the DC Client wanted to dispute it. And even at the labs, I don't think they check for that shit.
even if they for some reason did check for that shit, it would most likely be out of your system within that time frame.
Also idk where you are and if it is different from drug court in California, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
I'm not really sure why they send it to the lab. Sometimes they tell me to pour it out and other times they seal it off and send it. Maybe to check for alduterants? I'm in drug court on the east coast, South Carolina.
That's what I think too, most articles are reading 2-4 days but have found 1 or 2 that say 5 days. I just hate I've come this far and the anxiety I'm experiencing over this is unreal.
From literally 2 minutes of googling both should be out of your system way before 24hrs. (6 for shrooms and 8 for acid) this is for a urine test. Hair or maybe blood could be longer (hair is def way longer I saw 90 days for lsd I think). Either way we're not aloud to talk about other drugs on the forum anyway so this thread is gonna get deleted.
Weird...honestly i have no idea...however I'm pretty sure ur system would be clear within that time frame anyways, so I wouldn't trip on it too hard. Oh and i really hate to be that guy, but discussion of drugs other than bud,alcohol and tobacco aren't allowed...like I said I hate to be that person, but I also don't want someone who is new to get in trouble.
you can always dispute the positive test and demand a retest. find out what that drug courts error rate is as far as false positive ua’s and fight it. i mean if one in test is bad, then urs was bad demand a retest and hope your shit is cleared by then in fact go to an independent reputable any test lab and get one done and prove that you have a negative test
That is not an option in drug court. I basically signed away all of my rights to get into this program. Not to mention I signed papers stating I agree to the results of the lab and there are no disputes allowed!
Drug court seems like a trap unless you're actually serious about getting clean. All my friends who have been on drug court and still try to fuck around stay in it for years, and usually end up in jail anyways. It sounds like you'll be fine this time, but be careful man
well there you go. i did two years bullshit probation, failed my two ua’s, had my probation revoked in last month of sentence and ended up doing 120 days in jail with that said, you knew what you were getting into and signed away all of your rights so u can stay out of jail they gave you a chance and u disrespected it
