Its not really harmless banter, it adds to the stereotype of violence/gangs associated with marijuana and takes away from the peaceful, friendly environment. They want this place as far away from that stigma as possible. I get that, why dont others? Plus there is no more room for violence/hate in this world, let alone the forum. The mods also arent that bad, don't do stupid shit and there shouldnt be any problem.
All I know is that there has ALWAYS been bad talk on mods. BUT,with that being said,it has increased very much in the past 6 months to year. None of the mods,super-mods or admin seems to think they are doing anything wrong,but there has to be a reason why so many people are putting it out there that they have problems with some certain mods these days. Just my opinion on the whole mod thing. Not saying anything good or bad against them.
The only mod that GC seems to have a problem with anymore is WW. I notice its mostly new users that bitch about him to. Maybe its just become the "cool" thing among the 2012's to talk shit about Will? Personally I don't see a problem but maybe that's because I've never had my thread closed down by him.
