Thank you much
IMO germinate the seeds and veg them for a couple weeks. This gives them a better survival rate against slugs, snails, and other critters. Growing inside is much easier since you can control the environment in which the plants grow. My 1st shot at growing outdoors failed miserably. The spot I picked out was a swamp for a couple days after a rain. A trick I learned is to dig a hole that a gallon of water can fit in. Dump the water in the hole and come back in an hour. If the water has drained well then that's the spot. Good Luck!
